KLRCA and RAA signed a Cooperation Agreement

The Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Center and the Russian Arbitration Association signed a Cooperation Agreement during the V Annual St Petersburg Legal Forum 2015.
The agreement is intended to establish a basis upon which both organizations may explore areas for further co-operation and joint effort for the mutual benefit of the parties and to better facilitate the promotion and administration of the Parties’ Alternative Dispute Resolution functions.
We believe that such endeavours would be in the interest of both parties. In this regard, the signatories agreed to discuss and explore the following endeavours for mutual benefit. In particular, the RAA and KLRCA will jointly organise seminars, confereces, educational training and internship programmes on arbitration from time to time, exchange information on potential arbitrators.
